Recently I have been experimenting with shooting black and white film, developing that film, and making my own prints. The process of learning a whole new medium of photography was daunting at first but thanks to a great teacher I was able to learn the fundamentals. Using film is a stark contrast from digital photography. You really have to put thought into every frame you take and in all slows down the process of shooting immensely. That slowed down analog process has become somewhat therapeutic to me. These are some photos I made in my final semester of college that I felt I wanted to share. Hope you enjoy.
