The final project we had this semester was to capture moments. My goal for this project was to capture moments that felt timeless. Black and white film obviously has a nostalgic look to it and I wanted to play into that with this project. I did my best in these photos to have no included people in them and to shoot buildings that could be from any time period. Technically I did burn the first and second images upper third and upper half when printing to bring more detail out of the sign above the building and bring more details out of the bricks. This project showcased to me the importance of patience in photography and waiting for the right moment. It was definitely frustrating waiting for the perfect moment I wanted to capture but the results it yielded were great. Hope you enjoy.
